Jonas Brothers are travelling all over the US for their Happiness Begins Tour. The band of three brothers which include Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas have reunited after many years much to the excitement of their millions of fans. They have been a crush for many young and teenage girls who will probably in their late 20s now. But their love for Jonas Brothers haven't decreased at all and their much-awaited reunion was worth the wait.

Currently, they have touched down Pennsylvania for their next tour and before that they decided to squeeze some time out from their busy schedule for a heartwarming moment. Yes, the Jonas Brothers paid a visit to a hospital in Pennsylvania to meet a cancer patient who couldn't attend their concert. The huge fan of the band is named Lily Jordan, who had to undergo a chemo session at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Kevin, Joe and Nick were joined by Priyanka Chopra Jonas during their visit which made Lily happier. They met up with her and also posed for photos giving her an unforgettable moment for life.

Lily posted the photos on her Instagram page and wrote, "Wow. The power of social media you guys. YOU did this. YOU made my crappy chemo session into something incredibly special and unforgettable. Thank you thank you thank you @jonasbrothers for taking time out of your day to come pay me a visit. Literally made my life."

Jonas Brothers' upcoming concerts are in cities namely Hershey, Pittsburgh, University Park, Columbus, Detroit to name a few.
