Dream Girl has been clicking with the audiences ever since it released, and the impact shows on Box Office collections of the movie. The Ayushmann Khurrana-Nushrat Bharucha starrer took off on a great note and has remained steady over its first week, minting nearly Rs. 70 crore within a week of its release.

Interestingly the Box Office collection of Dream Girl within a week is equivalent to Ayushmann Khurrana's AndhaDhun lifetime collection. Despite three new releases, including Sonam Kapoor Ahuja-Dulquer Salmaan's The Zoya Factor, Dream Girl is currently ruling with more screens.

The collections of Dream Girl are maximum from Delhi/UP area. They contributed Rs. 20 crore towards the Box Office. The movie has even gone on to collect more than Ajay Devgn-Anil Kapoor starrer Total Dhamaal, Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt's Gully Boy and Hrithik Roshan-Mrunal Thakur's Super 30.

Dream Girl, currently a hit, is performing better than the previous superhit release Chhichhore, featuring Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles. The real challenge for the movie would begin in week two, the collections of which would determine whether Dream Girl could become a super hit or no.
