Earlier this month Khushi Kapoor flew off to New York for her further studies as she is prepping for his own Bollywood debut. The star kid was joined by her father at the airport as she bid farewell to the city for a few years. However, sister Janhvi Kapoor made up for missing the moment by flying to New York with their father Boney Kapoor. 

Excited for the reunion Janhvi shared a couple of pictures from the trip to the Big Apple. One picture shows Jahnvi cosying up with Dad Kapoor while the other shows both sisters showing off their rosy cheeks on the streets of New York.  In the photo, Janhvi can be seen rocking the chic traveller look in a white Tee and denim. While Khushi dons a baby pink top paired with chunky gold earrings. Janhvi shared but one word in her caption, she wrote, "Finally" alongside a rainbow icon.

The actress had been away shooting for Gunjan Saxena biopic when Khushi headed for NYC. She did wish her sister the best with a social media post and wrote, "Fur is faux but our love isn’t #prayingfornyc" Khushi even shed a few tears while saying goodbye to her father and her friends at the airport.

Khushi is currently pursuing a course in New York Film Academy after which she may or may not choose to debut in Bollywood. Janhvi, on the other hand, is currently filming for Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl. She recently wrapped up Roohi-Afza with Rajkummar Rao and will also be seen in films like Dostana 2 and Takht.
