Shahid Kapoor has been often asked about his ex-girlfriends including Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Earlier on Koffee With Karan, when asked about the advice he would like to give Nick Jonas who married Priyanka, Shahid had said, "Never back down, buddy. You’re with the original Desi girl!" While about Priyanka, Kapoor said, "Priyanka is doing amazingly well I am very happy for her. She has made all of us proud. She always had the potential to become an international star and she has proved it."

During his recent outing on the talk show, No Filter With Neha, when Shahid was once again asked to give a piece of marriage advice to Priyanka and Nick, he stated, "Understand each other’s backgrounds as well as you can, because you’re from very different backgrounds." An interesting fact is that Shahid had attended Priyanka and Nick's wedding reception held in Mumbai last year and it turned many heads.

When Shahid was also asked if he would like to delete memories of Kareena and Priyanka, the actor said on Koffee With Karan, "See, my relationship with Kareena was longer and with Priyanka, it was shorter. I think the man that I am today is because of all the experiences that I’ve had. So I wouldn’t want to delete any of the memories. It’s taught me a lot." 

Shahid had also said, "I think the more talented actor is Kareena. I think the more hardworking and committed actor is Priyanka."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid was last seen in blockbuster Kabir Singh.
