'Panipat' First Look: Malaika Arora shares her excitement on Arjun Kapoor's post
Arjun Kapoor is all set to team up for the first time with three people - filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon. Yes, this whole new team will be seen in a period drama titled Panipat. The film is based on the 'Third Battle of Panipat' fought between the Maratha Empire lead by Sadashiv Rao Bhau and invading forces of Ahmad Shah Abdali, King of Afghanistan. The tagline for the film is 'The Great Betrayal'.

On Friday, Arjun took to his social media pages and shared the poster of Panipat in which the glimpse of the battle is seen. The poster of the film also has 'The Battle That Changed History' written on it. Arjun captioned the poster stating, "Come Witness The Battle That Changed History, #Panipat. In Cinemas December 6th. @duttsanjay @kritisanon #AshutoshGowariker @sunita.gowariker #RohitShelatkar @agppl @visionworldfilm @reliance.entertainment @zeemusiccompany"

Earlier talking about learning horse-riding for Panipat, Arjun wrote on Instagram, "New year, new learnings... so the last whole month of 2018 went in enjoying the company of an Animal, Mother Nature & Sunrises... as I gear up to restart shooting for Panipat I feel privileged to be able to learn this beautiful art of becoming one with this most glorious animal. The process of learning has been therapeutic & empowering at the same time. Can't wait to get back on set with this new childlike excitement for what is my toughest & biggest film yet."
