'There's no greater contribution to cinema than from India': Ryan ReynoldsAuthor : AZIndia News Desk
Several international celebrities have visited India and expressed their love for the country. Celebs namely Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Chris Hemsworth, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, Michael Douglas-Catherine Zeta-Jones, Halle Berry, Leonardo DiCaprio, Will Smith and the latest being Katy Perry and Dua Lipa have visited the country for vacation and also for professional commitments. Many of them took to their social media pages and shared photos while enjoying their time in India.
There are many celebs who have been a part of Hindi movies too like Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards, Kylie Minogue to name a few. During a recent interaction with Hindustan Times, Ryan Reynolds spoke about Indian cinema. He stated, "Oh my god. I do love Indian culture and films. I think there is no greater contribution to cinema than from India. When I was a kid I got to see a couple of stuff from India. I would love to visit India and meet my fans."
Ryan further shared on cultural diversity saying, "I come from Canada, so I am also one of those actors. I love that. I feel the more the merrier. Everything that has been happening for the last few years is very exciting. So healthy and good. The films that are being made are mature and smarter."
He added, "What’s important is that what’s on-screen is reflective of what’s on the street. And I think the more cinema does that, more people are going to get an opportunity, which wasn’t there earlier."
