It comes as no surprise that for a while now fans have been more than eager for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra so when pictures of the stars surfaced on the internet, shooting for a dance sequence in Varanasi, they went viral, with audiences unable to contain their excitement.

Several videos have also been doing the rounds on the internet which show Ranbir and Alia grooving to the tune of a song from their upcoming film and looking at them, it is only making the wait for the release of the film seem longer.

The video which was shared on Instagram by several fan pages shows Ranbir and Alia matching steps on a peppy number from the film amidst a colorful background and back up dancers.

The team of Brahmastra resumed the shooting of the film from where they left it off in July. The segments for the song were shot along the river banks of Varanasi. While Ranbir was spotted wearing a green t-shirt and jeans, Alia could be seen adding a pop of color to the frame by wearing a bright red kaftan jacket paired with a white top, jeans, and boots.

While they were there, the two superstars also caused a fan-frenzy as several onlookers rushed to the sight of the shoot to catch a glimpse of the adorable couple and click pictures with them.

Brahmastra is a fantasy drama, directed by Ayan Mukherji and also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in lead roles. The film is a trilogy produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The first part was originally set to release on Christmas 2019 but is now expected to hit the silver screen in May 2020.
