A few days back Google revealed India's top searched personalities, news events, movies, etc, and now a mobile market data and analytics firm App Annie has revealed the Apps that ruled this decade.

The company revealed the top 10 most-downloaded apps between 2010 and 2019. While Facebook had the top spot, FB owned Apps secured the top four slots.

The most popular social media platform, Facebook tops the list of the most-downloaded apps of the decade. 

Launched as a standalone app for iOS and Android in 2011 to make chatting easier for Facebook users, the Facebook messenger has become the second most-downloaded app.

Can you imagine your life without WhatsApp? Well, this free cross-platform messaging app has grabbed the third position on the topmost downloaded app list. 

Clicking #InstaWorthy pictures are life goals for Millenials. Launched in 2010, this photo and video-sharing app lands on the 4th position in this list.

What is life without Snapchat filters? Launched in 2011, Snapchat has become one of the most-downloaded apps of the decade, taking fifth place on this list.

The video calling and voice chat app, Skype, takes the sixth place on this list.

2019 has been all about TikTok videos. Launched in 2017 and owned by ByteDance, the video-sharing app takes the seventh place.

UC Browser is a web browser that was the eight most-downloaded apps of the decade.

Google-owned video-sharing platform YouTube was the ninth most-downloaded app of the decade.

Launched in 2006, the Microblogging platform Twitter has been one of the most popular social networking sites. In this list, Twitter takes the tenth place.
