Within 13 days of its release, Good Newwz crossed Rs 175-crore-mark. The movie had an interrupted Box Office win for two weeks. It, however, will now take an interesting turn since Good Newwz will now face competition from not one but three films.

Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani's Good Newwz, which has minted Rs. 177.31 crore so far, will now face competition from Deepika Padukone-Vikrant Massey's Chhapaak, Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Saif Ali Khan's Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, and Rajinikanth's Darbar.

Continuing its steady run, Good Newwz earned Rs. 4.77 crore on Wednesday after Rs. 5.04 crore collections on Tuesday. The movie faced a huge drop from Sunday collections of Rs. 14.40 crore to Monday collections of Rs. 5.40 crore, but that was expected out of second week.

Tweeting about the Box Office collections, trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, "#GoodNewwz crosses ? 175 cr... Faces multiple new films tomorrow [Fri]... Biz in Week 3 pivotal, since it begins its journey towards ? 200 cr... [Week 2] Fri 8.10 cr, Sat 11.70 cr, Sun 14.40 cr, Mon 5.40 cr, Tue 5.04 cr, Wed 4.77 cr. Total: ? 177.31 cr. #India biz."

Directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Karan Johar, Good Newwz is a hit at the Box Office. The movie is now steadily heading towards a lifetime collection of Rs. 200 crore.
