Wedding season in Bollywood refuses to end, just yesterday after there were reports of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tying the knot after the release of Brahmastra in December, a new report now states that Varun Dhawan and his longtime girlfriend Natasha Dalal have finalised May 22 as the date for their much-awaited and grand wedding. 

Varun's wedding has been the talk to of the town since last year when there were reports of him getting married but the nuptials reportedly pushed to 2020 as the actor had Street Dancer 3D coming up. 

Wedding Sutra had earlier reported that the couple would tie the knot in Thailand as Varun and Natasha will have a destination wedding at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa which is a peaceful and exotic location but the venue could be changed due to coronavirus spreading. 

Talking about it, a source told the portal, "While both families have decided on the dates and signed off with the venues and key vendors, there is a small chance that the venue may change depending on the Coronavirus situation in Thailand. With so many tourists cancelling their holiday trips to Thailand, the families wouldn’t want to answer awkward questions that may be posed to them by their guests now, even though the wedding is three months away."

In a recent interview with Filmfare, Varun had spoken at length about Natasha and said, "She and I went to school together. So, she knows my parents since ages. She’s been attending functions with my parents before also but it wasn’t photographed then. She’s my rock, she’s my anchor. She’s the stabilising factor in my life. It’s pretty much like family."

The couple was recently snapped at Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra's wedding reception, twinning in black and gold ethnic ensembles.
