'Sari, not sari': When Selena Gomez went desi and won hearts of netizens
It's a visual delight to see international celebrities donning Indian attire on several occasions. Many celebs from the world of Hollywood be it a male or a female have been seen opting for sarees, lehenga or kurta-pyjamas during their India visit or while attending some desi events internationally. One of them was an American singer-songwriter, Selena Gomez! We got our hands on a throwback photo of the 'Rare' singer in which she is donning saree.

In the photo shared by Selena in 2014 on her Instagram page, she is wearing an orange saree with matching blouse and golden zari border. She completed her look with a small bindi, glass bangles, and red beaded layer necklace. She left her hair loose open and gave an intense look while posing for the selfie. Selena captioned the photo stating, "Sari, not sari."

Meanwhile, Selena in her song 'Come & Get It' had featured Hindi vocals with music which was loved by her fans in India a lot.

Talking about her personal life, Selena has been in the news when it comes to her relationship with Justin Bieber and The Weeknd.

As per reports in Fox Star-News, when the singer was asked about her experience in the past relationships, she had said, "In certain relationships, I`ve heard and I`ve experienced and whatnot, I think men and women do it -- especially teenagers and young people in love -- is there`s this satisfaction out of hurting someone because you know that they care. Purposefully putting someone down because they want to keep them at a level. I`ve had someone say that to me before."
