The fans had previously appreciated Saurabh Raj Jain's work as Krishna. This time they appreciated both the actors and their friendship too. "The best duo of friendship and more," wrote a fan describing both the actors on and off-screen.

Shaheer Sheikh was last seen in 'Yeh Rishte Hain Pyaar Ke'. The show is a spin-off of the popular show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. Meanwhile Saurabh Raj Jain was last seen on the show 'Patiala Babies'. He played Lord Krishna/Vishnu in 'Jais Shri Krishna', 'Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev', and the movie 'Om Namo Venkatesaya'. The actor has also played Lord Shiva in 'Mahakali'.
