Wayback Wednesday: When Rishi-Ranbir, Anil-Sonam, Jackie-Tiger, Aamir, Salman featured in video for communal harmony
Back in the 90s, Subhash Ghai had made a video on communal harmony featuring actors from the Indian cinema. It also marked the screen debut of Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Tiger Shroff. The trio featured with their dads late Rishi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in the video. It was a cute sight, indeed, to see these actors in their young age getting comfortable facing the camera with their dads.

Along with Rishi, Anil and Jackie, the song 'Pyaar Ki Ganga Bahe', also featured Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Govinda and Naseeruddin Shah from Bollywood. Moreover, regional stars namely Rajinikanth, Mammootty, Chiranjeevi, Sachin Pilgaonkar and Prosenjit Chatterjee also represented their film industry in the song. The song was crooned by Udit Narayan, Mohammed Aziz and Jolly Mukherjee, while the music was composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal.

Earlier while talking about the song, Subhash had told Mumbai Mirror, "In fact, Anil, Jackie and Rishi preached the lesson to their kids. Yes, that’s Tiger you see in Jackie's arms as he croons, 'Sun Sun Sun Mere Nanhe Sun' while Anil holds Sonam, singing, 'Sun Sun Sun Meri Nanhi Sun'."

He added, "You also see a young Ranbir Kapoor with his dad in the video. Those days relationships were not restricted to the film set but encompassed wives, children and families, too. When Tiger was born, I sent Jackie and Ayesha a cheque of Rs 25,000 for my new 'hero'. You could say I signed him on the day he was born."
