'Ik vaari phir se aa bhi jaa yaara': Amul India pays topical tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput
Amul India paid a tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput post his demise. They posted a black and white sketch of his popular characters from Kai Po Che, Sonchiriya and M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. On the top of the post, the wrote the lyric of his Raabta song 'Ik Vaari Aa'. It read as "Ik vaari phir se aa bhi jaa yaara...". They captioned their post stating, #Amul Topical: Tribute to a fine young actor..."

During evening hours on Monday, Sushant's funeral was held in Mumbai. His father and other family members arrived from Patna earlier today for the last rites. Several celebrities marked their presence at the funeral namely Rajkummar Rao, Krystle D'Souza, Vivek Oberoi, Pooja Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, Udit Narayan, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Tushar Pandey, Prateik Babbar and Kriti Sanon.

Several celebrities who collaborated with Sushant in his journey paid tribute on their social media pages. Ekta Kapoor wrote, "Odd different genius bon voyage! From you being spotted at Prithvi Cafe by the Balaji team for TV, to you becoming India's brightest star you did it all! We will celebrate you every day! Hope you are with your mom now who you missed so much."

While Shekhar Kapur with whom he was supposed to work in Paani tweeted, "I knew the story of the people that let you down so bad that you would weep on my shoulder. I wish I was around the last six months. I wish you had reached out to me. What happened to you was their Karma. Not yours. #SushantSinghRajput".
