Who will be the next Miss Asia Arizona 2009?

The 6th Annual Miss Asia Arizona 2009 is the premiere Cultural Pageant participated in by Asian Pacific Islander women in the valley, who trace and represent the majority of the countries in the Asian continent.  The pageant will present over twenty delegates vying for the title, who will display the cultural beauty and graciousness of each respective heritage.

A Celebration of Beauty, Culture, Talent and Diversity, the pageant promotes leadership, personal growth, cultural values and camaraderie.  The coveted Miss Asia Arizona title is earned through hard work, demonstration of self confidence, intelligence, dedication, beauty, elegance, and the Miss Asia Arizona 2009 Pageant – with its lavish parade of the Traditional National Costumes, the sensational Swimsuit Competition and the grace & elegance of the Evening Gown Competition – displays the rich ethnic diversity of our society and gives us glimpse into the multitudes of rich Asian cultures that surround us today.

The Miss Asia Arizona 2009 Cultural Pageant will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2009, 7pm at the Moon Valley High School Auditorium in Metro Phoenix. The winner will represent our State for the Miss Asian America Pageant on August 08, 2009 in San Francisco, CA.  The pomp and pageantry of this event extend throughout the year for the reigning Miss Asia Arizona, The Ambassador of Culture and Goodwill, as she will grace the myriad of special public appearances to promote unity, to be an advocate of various charitable organizations and to spread cultural diversity awareness in Arizona.
