“Milaap”, Kalaa Kendra’s dance production, is now on it’s India tour!
After Milaap’s grand success in the valley this summer, Radhika Kotwal thought of extending it further as a tour overseas.
Milaap is a unique fusion of Kathak, Tap, Flamenco and Ballet – A true confluence of cultures.
At Kalaa Kendra dance institute in Gilbert, focus has been on learning pure Kathak. Milaap maintains the purity of each dance style and yet highlights the striking resemblances between them.
Milaap will have 3 shows in India as follows:
- Thursday, 30th Dec 2010 at Atre Rang Mandir, Kalyan from 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Sunday 2nd Jan 2011 at Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Monday, 3rd Jan 2011 at Lokmanya Tilak Smarak Hall, Pune, from 9:00pm to 11:00 pm.
