The book includes how-to advice and lifestyle tips in addition to stories about Khloe's struggles with weight, relationships and her self-image.

The reality star has lost at least 35 pounds due to her healthy lifestyle.

Regarding her breakup with basketball player Lamar Odom, Khloe reportedly writes that it was due to his drinking and drug abuse issues.

At the end of the book, Khloe reportedly thanks him for some of the best years of her life.

"Before I met you I felt invisible, and after I felt seen," she writes.

The book is set to be released on November 3.
