Android 6.0 Marshmallow update available for Moto X Style in IndiaMumbai, Nov 24(AZINS) Motorola has announced that they're rolling out the  Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the Moto X Style in India. The new update will offer features and improvements from the latest OS like doze mode, app standby, expandable storage, do not disturb, now on tap, direct share and more.

The update is, of course, tweaked for Moto users. For example, since Marshmallow has the Do not disturb setting and data baackup, Motorola has removed the Moto Assist and Moto Migrate features from the phone. They're also retiring the Google Chrome extension from Motorola Connect. You can find a full list of the changes here.

When installing the Marshmallow update make sure your smartphone's battery is at least 50 percent charged and it's connected to a Wi-Fi network. The update is rolling out in phases, so don't panic if you haven't gotten a notification yet. The Moto X Pure Edition, meanwhile, will start receiving the update within the next few weeks.
