The 18-year-old debuted her new look as she promoted her Lip Kits - made up of matte lip liners and liquid lipsticks , at the Dash store in Los Angeles. reports E! Online.  The Mirror reported, Jenner wore an all-white outfit at the launch made up of smart cigarette pants, a revealing cut-out white top and matching blazer.
