Watch: 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' new trailerDec 3(AZINS) Warner Bros unveils the new trailer of the highly anticipated film,  Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, even though the movie will only be released in 2016.

The trailer was unveiled on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday. Batman (Ben Affleck) embarks on a personal vendetta against Superman (Henry Cavill), after the destruction of Metropolis. In the trailer, we see the two heroes battling it out. Gal Gadot is also featured in the clip as Wonder Woman.

Director of the film Zack Snyder and screenwriter David S Goyer have developed the story for Warner Bros film with the script written by Chris Terrio. Snyder helmed the 2013 release Man of Steel from which Batman vs Superman is to take the story forward. The cast of the film includes Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg and Jeremy Irons.
