Rom Rom Romantic from 'Mastizaade': Even a bikini clad Sunny Leone can't save this boring number!Author : AZIndia News Desk
Mastizaade trailer released a few days back and the two and half minute trailer, laced with sexual jokes, received a thumbs up from the audience. And the makers have now released the first track from the film. Called Rom Rom Romantic, the song is an otherwise peppy love track which features the lead pair of the film.
While Sunny Leone plays Lily and Laila, it's Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das who fall for the two Leones in the film. As expected, the song starts with a shot of a bikini clad Sunny Leone coming out of water, much like what Esha Deol or Bipasha Basu did in the Dhoom films. And don't forget, till the end of the song video, you'll only see Sunny in the skimpiest clothes available.
While Tusshar and Vir are trying to woo their ladies (both Sunny-s here!) in what can be called a song replete with double meaning jokes and sexual innuendos, lines like 'Skirt utha ke tune kar diya dil ko dynamite' and 'mujhe blue blue sapne aate hai aur tickle karke jaate hai' will make you cringe in your seats.
The main idea of the song was to titillate. That's why you have an entire portion dedicated only to Sunny cleaning up a car. Albeit in different positions! Ludicrous lyrics not withstanding, what the makers make Vir and Tusshar do will only irritate you even more. Picture this: Vir almost humping a rocket, crooning 'Rocket mera ready, baby'! You have your answers right there.
Coming to Sunny, she has left us really disappointed. Why? Sunny, we have seen you in better songs. Baby Doll and Laila for example. But Rom Rom Romantic from Mastizaade is a huge downer, a major letdown. It hardly has Sunny doing anything other than just trying to stimulate sexual interest among people. And this time, it wasn't enticing enough. Sorry!
