Twitter adds GIF searching and video support in DMs for the appFeb 19(AZINS) Need a yawning cat or dancing hippo GIF to illustrate your pithy 140-character tweet? Twitter now has a search option for that.

When composing a tweet or direct message, uses can now browse through a GIF library for the perfect dance move, or cat meme to illustrate their message. Categories include everything from Happy Dance, Mic Drop, and YOLO. The new feature is powered by Giphy and the Riffsy GIF keyboard. The update starts rolling out this week to Twitter app users around the world.

In addition, you can now also capture and share videos in Direct Messages. Twitter says this is currently available, so if you don't see it yet, give it a day or two.
