Free Kesha: Lady Gaga extends support with a kissFeb 25(AZINS) Lady Gaga showed her support for Kesha, following her court battle against music producer Dr. Luke. The 29-year-old songstress recently took to her Instagram and Snapchat accounts to show fans that she met up with Kesha, reports E! Online.

Gaga shared a photograph of herself holding Kesha's hand as the two lean their heads next to each other with their eyes closed. She captioned the picture, "Free Kesha".

The singer also posted a black and white video to Snapchat, which showed the American Horror Story: Hotel star kissing Kesha on the cheek while giving her a tight hug.

The singer has been at a legal battle with Dr Luke since 2014, when she filed a lawsuit which mentioned that the producer sexually assaulted her. Kesha demanded to be released from her six-album contract with the producer, but sadly on Friday, February 19, New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich denied her request because she couldn't show enough medical evidence related to her assault allegations.

Ever since the decision was made, a lot of famous celebrities showed their supports for the "Crazy Kids" singer. Adele, Miley Cyrus, Fiona Apple, Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson and Iggy Azalea were some of those who showed their supports for Kesha. Meanwhile, Taylor Swift took a big step by donating US$ 250,000 to Kesha to support her financial needs.
