Five Indian teenagers crack Google's cyber security contestMumbai, May 5(AZINS) On Wednesday, Google India announced that five teenagers won the web contest conducted by the company on online safely, reported IANS.

“The competition witnessed several entries from across schools in the form of sketches, videos and apps and were judged on creativity, reach and impact,” said Google India in a statement.

The winners of the contest -- Mavika Boyini, Vaidehi Reddy, Kanish Chugh, Raviteja Anumukonda and Neya Saravanarajan -- which first launched in 2014 were tasked with creating online safety campaigns aimed at digital safety and restraining cyberbullying.

“Don’t be rude, don’t post inappropriate stuff and follow the grandma rule” is the mantra followed by Mavika Boyini from NASR School in Hyderabad.

While Reddy from Army Public School encouraged people to never share personal details and refrain from illegal downloads.

Chug created a game to educate peoples on spotting fake logos and Anumukonda spoke about password security.

Saravanarajan made a song called ‘Mr Two Faces’ as a light reminder to turn on your privacy settings.

The five winners will be gifted Chromebooks and tablets from Google, according to a statement.
